TEICA tech-centre for the meat industry: strategic review
TASO applied to TEICA its method of strategic review for business related facilities. Through a strong interaction with the management team, this method aims to strengthen the linkage of the facility with its related business fabric, improve the service charter and ensure its financial sustainability. The review covers a number of key dimensions: strategic positioning, networking, service charter, functional structure, cost-financing scheme, corporate governance and KPIs. TASO has implemented this method to other technology and innovation centres such as CITOLIVA (olive oil industry) and the National Technology Centre for the Canned Food Industry.
