AMCER advanced monitoring of R&D policies

AMCER [Advanced Monitoring and Coordination of EU R&D policies at Regional level] was an ESPON Programme´s targeted analysis with the participation of TASO along with the following partners: Innova Europe, Technopolis, Centro di Risonanze Magnetiche CERM, University of Vaasa, University of Leibniz in Hannover, University of Sheffield, Orkestra-Instituto Vasco de Competitividad, ESIEE Engineering School, Paris Chamber of Commerce and University of Lugano. Project goal was a comparative analysis of the impacts of a number EU instruments focused on R&D in 9 regions – Andalusia, Catalonia, Bretagne, Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur, Ostrobothnia, Lower Saxony, Flanders and East of England. ESPON is a program of academic, applied research focused on territorial dynamics in the EU.
