Smart specialisation at city level
The InFocus final report is a blueprint for cities wanting to explore smart specialisation as a driver to reinvigorate the local economic agenda. It´s the result of a large-scale action-research project promoted by the city of Bilbao and supported by TASO as principal consultant, within the URBACT framework, aimed to close the “city gap” with regard to smart specialisation strategies and RIS3, involving 10 European cities.
