Revamping mature industries through design
Short note on the transformation of the ornamental rock cluster in Macael (Spain) over the past 20 years, with a focus on Cosentino, its leading firm and now world leader in quartz surfaces. The story is about the transforming role of design and creativity. It was delivered in the frame of the Policy Learning Platform of the European Creative Industries Alliance, where TASO was appointed for the expert panel.
