Reviewing clusters in Extremadura
We were hired by EOI Business School to undertake the strategic review of a number of business clusters from Extremadura region, namely: Food, Construction, Ornamental Rocks, Textile & fashion, IT, Audiovisual and Furniture manufacturing. The work was conducted primarily through face to face and virtual meetings with the cluster managers and resulted in a business plan and a number of pilots for each of the clusters involved.
