EXTENDA-Trade Promotion Agency of Andalucía: service charter review and room for improvement. By using massive interviews and selected focus group, the report aimed to outline the room for improvement of the regional policy supporting business internationalisation. The results and the subsequent proposals for action were extensively discussed with the Extenda executive committee.
